Great atmosphere, nice staff, good cocktails and very nice in summer when you can sit in the sun

We have made reservations for six people on Saturdays from 7 p.m. -> Food was served cold! Cocktails were okay. Another round of cocktails was ordered around 8:15 p.m. and when we were left at the table, we were asked to give it to the next guests! to vacate. BUT we were offered that they could transfer the cocktails into plastic cups so that we could drink them outside the restaurant. However, this was not an option for us as it was raining. Minute by minute the waitresses got more demanding and rude ... If we had been advised when making the reservation that the table would have been reserved (so close) after us, it would have been something else! But the main thing is to wait for the last order to send us out of the restaurant immediately ... To put everything on Corona is a cheek, because you didn't notice anything at the bar. With absolute certainty our last visit to this store!

If you love salt, this is the ideal place .. for everyone else unfortunately almost inedible ... 4 out of 4 taco shells were unfortunately totally salty. All of them have a different flavor, but salt dominated everywhere. To make matters worse, we only got the drinks long after we had eaten, although we ordered both together. The music was so loud that it was difficult to talk to. One star gave the ambience, the second for the nice waiter. Conclusion: Unfortunately we were here twice today -> For the first and last time ..

Unfortunately, despite our reservations, we were kicked out after our food was cleared away without asking, because we didn't want to reorder anything at the time (our cocktails were still half full). We were then allowed to drink empty or to exe while the next table applicants were brought to our table. In general, I understand that a table should be vacated as soon as you don't want to eat or drink any more (especially on a full Saturday) - but not in our case, as we had made extra reservations (that this would only exist for a limited time, we were then not communicated) and were actually still in the middle of drinking and eating. Overall, our stay was only 40 minutes (September 5th, 2020). The most unpleasant thing about it was the way - the gentleman told us unfriendly and directly, twice in a row we have to go out now because we are not re-ordering anything. That was definitely our last visit to SAUSALITOS Saarbrücken.

Never again, We waited so long to just get the menu, it took so long that I ordered food elsewhere for my child. We waited almost an hour for a cold fajita, unsampled rice, and an unfinished salad, and not cheap either !!

Food is always good. Waiting times for me from time to time too long, depending on the service there is no question whether you want to drink something after the meal. Service always very friendly, sometimes seems a bit overloaded ..... At lunchtime they usually get everything good, but mostly overwhelmed in the evening, possibly too few people ..... But if you go out to eat together, you want to eat together and not 30 minutes later ... Unfortunately, the cutlery is forgotten from time to time .... . At lunchtime we also had great symptom-free days ... so mediocre

Really the worst cocktail I've ever had! Watery zero taste! It's a shame, because the map and the description promise a lot!

I was eating there on Friday evening. Ambience 4/5, cozy and modern Service 4/5, we waited 5 minutes at the reception until we were received Food 2/5, french fries ice cold, extra requests could not be taken into account (no onions, different dip). The price is too high for this quality. Coktails 3/5, a bit expensive and more room temperature than served cool. The gimmick with the macaroni as a straw substitute is something different. Unfortunately, I will not come back again and I am disappointed. If you really like Mexican you can give it a try ..

Have been there 2 times now. The first time everything was good so far. The second time a catastrophe. Corona measures (note, disinfecting the table) not available. It took 75 minutes until the first dish came (ne quesadilla). We were told the second was coming soon. It was then 10 minutes later. Why you need almost 1.5 hours for 3 tapas is a mystery to me. The potato wedges for the quesadilla were lukewarm, rest good. The tapas are a joke. The french fries (6 pieces) were cold, the meatballs nothing but three mini (minimini) meatballs but at least warm. I complained about the fries. Yes, they bring new ones. 20min waiting time and right, again only lukewarm. It really doesn't have to be anymore.

I can only agree with the previous speakers on corona protection and conscientiousness. Not enough space, not a table wiped - let alone disinfected. Fortunately, you will be reminded by the waitress if the public order office should ask that you have filled out "the wipe because of the virus thing" (original sound). Unfortunately there was neither a form nor a QR code ... Food was ok, there was definitely room for improvement, even for a chain. But the beer was cold. :)

So ... Good, nice restaurant, music not too loud, ON the other hand wait 40 minutes, see the waitress pass 5 times looking at us so that in the end she never came to take our order ... In short, restaurant to be avoided .. !

Absolutely not customer oriented! The waitress felt that we were constantly stepping on the non-existent tie. Although there was a lot going on and it was also a stressful evening (which we also expressed our understanding for), the waitress met us in a permanently bad mood! Even after I asked her whether everything was okay with us, the payment process started all over again ... Absolute incomprehension and a perfect example of unprofessional behavior in which one's own bad mood is permanently transferred to the guests ... The food becomes secondary after such service. You just don't feel good!

The waitresses do not feel very concerned: chatting quietly when the tables are not cleared and this when there are hardly any customers, it is we who had to clear on another table to to be able to sit down and then not even a wipe of the sponge on the table! Toilet not great ...

Food was really good craftsmanship. Had the burger. There is still some room for improvement in terms of taste. But it's a matter of opinion. You could also get even more out of the ambience. Something is bald and loveless.

Are there often, everyone is always friendly and the food is also good

Unfortunately, the fries were all cold. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the cutlery so that the rest was almost cold. The food tasted good. It's very hot inside.

We ordered two water and thought we would get a normal size bottle of water. However, we were served 750 m of clear tap water per person. It was clear that two people did not need 1.5 liters of water. And 7.80 € for tap water is almost brazen. Never again!

Food was delicious and the portion more than sufficient. Service was super friendly, even if there were a few small hangers in the orders (drink did not come, only on request). Still very happy again!

Very bad experience ! One mistake can happen but here it was a long list of problems: table not cleaned between two clients (not acceptable during the current covid crisis), the mask of the waitress was not correctly worn, I received my plate 20min after they served my friend, the bill was uncorrect... Maybe I haven't been lucky that night but I also saw many errors for the other clients (as wrong orders). However, the waitress accepted my feedback and provided kind of excuses.

Actually food war okay ,and employ war very friendly but we have taken burgers for home and I saw Sewage beetle in the pecking, I dont know what to du ,I have paid 14.50 and sorry for eating there 😷😷 after eating all chips suddenly I found that in my food🤢

Went for drinks with a friend. Nice and cozy place with friendly staff.

Food was delicious. The cocktails were great too. Waiting times were a bit long, however, as we were sitting at a table that was easily overlooked. Service is very friendly. Toilets were fine too. Would love to come back!

Greetings, I just want to start off saying that I never write reviews. But my experience here was so horrible that I created an account just to write this review. Firstly, the customer service was rude. Most of the tables was "reserved" so they made me sit in the front of the store with a little table. While everyone else that came in was able to sit at the "reserve" tables. I ordered my drink pretty quick, but I told the lady to come back in 2 mins and I'll be ready to order. 10 mins goes by, I had to literally flag down a different waitress in order to order my food. When my food finally came it came out brunt. The first picture is what it is supposed to be. The second picture is what it came out to be. When I told the waiter about my issue. All she did was shrug her shoulders and told me that is what I ordered. I don't know if it's because I was black or because I was American. But the service was so bad here that if I rate give this restaurant negative stars, it would be a negative 5 rating.

Good food and nice location! A bit pricy though compared to portions and cocktails are very expensive.

Good choice of cocktails and the food is quite good as well. But the waiting time and the fact that you can not have water from the tab is quite disappointing

Good drinking place, nice techno music, food service was extremely slow but at least the food was very tasty.

Nice atmosphere! the services was great. Best to make reservations if you have a big group. The food was fresh and the nachos were great. Im not the most experienced with Mexican food, but my group really liked it.

Great Cocktails, friendly barkeepers

We were 30.09. gg. since 13 o'clock. Yes the store was full and the basement a bit overloaded. Cocktails we did not have, but the apple spritzer was also delicious. We had to wait about 40 minutes for the meal. But the salad, the spare ribs and the encilladas were great and not cold. Price I think it's fully OK!

Terribly overpriced drinks and overpriced food, even during happy hour. There are much better bars for cocktails around here and much more reasonably priced food. We were served drinks "strong" drinks with hardly a hint of alcohol in them. Go elsewhere unless you like paying 15€ for glass of mixer.
